Our accommodations are a first class townhouse condo. The condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed that is located on the second floor with the loft. The loft consists of 2 twin beds, bunk bed (with 2 twins) and a futon that will sleep a total of 6-7 people. The unit has a full bath with washer and dryer, a fully furnished kitchen with microwave, cable TV, DVD player and wireless Internet. There is a three-season patio room over looking your private boat dock on the channel to Lake Erie. All kitchen equipment and linens are provided. The resort has a swimming pool, catch and release pond, tennis and basketball courts. The condo is located 5 minutes from Fenwick Marina where Yosemite is docked.

About Tipping Your mate works very hard to make sure that you and your guest are safe and have a enjoyable charter. Unknown to many people is the fact that the mate works for tips, he has no salary. The usually tip is 15%-20%, however, if you feel your mate has worked especially hard feel free to tip more. Fish cleaning available upon request. All trips are dock to dock or until a limit of fish are taken. Specialized trips priced on requested. Rates subject to change. Any equipment lost or destroyed due to patron negligence is their responsibility and will be charged accordingly. A deposit of $100 per day is required 21-days in advance to guarantee a booking. This deposit is refundable within 21-days advance notice of cancellation. If unfavorable lake conditions require a cancellation, your trip will be rebooked or your deposit will be refunded.
